Shall We Begin?

My daughter once described me as a lunatic anarchist who screams her life to the world at a passionate decibel with which most are uncomfortable. She sees me as something of a rebel, and is in dire need of a dictionary as I am definitely not a proponent of anarchism. I do wander among the various gray tones, but am far too internally conflicted to ever be utterly black or white. That said, I do need a place to speak my mind where I'm not met with expressions that indicate that the composition of a shopping list, or possibly contemplation of hara kiri, is going on behind them. What better venue than the internet, I ask you?

I do intend to do more with these pages than simply hold forth, and refer you to social media if that's what you're after. In time (likely very little since I tend to be somewhat obsessive) writers should find reams of information to assist them in their endeavours. This assumes that I'll acquire followers. If not, I'll have a tidy place to keep all the valuable bits I discover here and there.

Hopefully, there will be those who want to come along for the ride but, with or without, I will ramble on.
